The Jackson Township Zoning Hearing Board will conduct the following hearing on Thursday, June 25, 2026, beginning at 7p.m. in the Jackson Township Municipal Building, 140 Magill Road, Zelienople, PA 16063, for an application for a variance filed by Rolland and Diane Smith, a variance from §27-401.B(3), Size, to allow a reduction in the required front yard setback by 19.5’ to allow a 20.5’ front yard setback, located at 216 Evergreen Mill Road, Tax Parcel 180-4F102-2HA2, zoned R-Residential Zoning District.
