  1. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION – Township residents or Township taxpayers wishing to address the Board of Supervisors must be signed in on the sheet prior to the meeting. These individuals will be permitted 5 minutes per person or appointed person for a group dealing with the same issue.

 

  1. PUBLIC HEARING –

 

A motion to continue hearing concerning a tentative approval application filed by Wee Five Development LLC, for Londonderry Ridge, a Planned Residential Development in accordance with §27-1205 of the Jackson Township Code of Ordinances, a Neighborhood Planned Residential Development, to construct 77 townhomes, 117 single-family lots and related infrastructure.  The site is located on tax parcels 180-4F50-1, 180-4F50-12A and 180-4F50-12D along Lindsay Road. The property is zoned R-Residential.  

 

  1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES – Consider approval of minutes for the April 17, 2023, workshop-voting meeting.

 

  1. APPROVAL OF THE FINANCIAL REPORTS – Approval of the April 2023 Financial Reports and May 2023 Accounts Payable.

 

  1. NEW BUSINESS

 

  1. A motion to recommend an amendment to the Traffic Control Map approving no street parking in Jackson Ridge.  

 

  1. A motion to grant Two Leos, LLC, a two-year extension for site improvements previously approved at 22406 Perry Highway (One Enchanted Evening) and 22400 Perry Highway (formerly the used car lot). 

 

  1. A motion to approve minor lot line revisions to the Woodland Reserve Plan, Planned Residential Development, located on Pattison Street Extension, tax parcel numbers 180-4F50-28B and 180-4F50-27B, in the R, Residential District.

 

  1. A motion to approve Resolution 23-08, a Resolution authorizing a loan from the County Infrastructure Bank.

 

  1. A motion to approve Resolution 23-09, a Resolution approving the submission of a Parks, Greenways and Open Space Grant application.

 

  1. A motion to approve Resolution 23-10, a Resolution authorizing the acquisition of certain rights of way and temporary construction easements over property owned by Brenckle Enterprises currently designated as Butler County Tax No. 180-4F102-6Q for the purposes of constructing stormwater improvements in the Township and authorizing the filing of the declaration of taking and all necessary action for the acquisition.

 

  1. A motion to authorize the filing of Municipal Claims and collection proceedings against Helen Bader, David and Linda Lawson, and Mia Sands Murphy for delinquent Hartzell/Gristmill Area Neighborhood Improvement District Special Assessments.

 

  1. A motion to approve a change order for the contract with Sippel Development for the Northgate Light Project.

 

  1. Motion to approve Ordinance 23-1, an ordinance authorizing the incurring of nonelectoral debt by the issuance of a general obligation note in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $474,000 and making certain other necessary covenants and provisions in respect of the Note.
