Description
Emerald Valley, is a Neighborhood Planned Residential Development, a Planned Residential Development (PRD) located off of SR-288 consisting of 270 single-family lots. For now, all of the proposed lots will be in Jackson Township and only the two entrance roads and the 4.6-acre Community Center will be in Franklin Township.
The plan will be developed in five phases over a 10-year period.
